ROCHESTER, N.Y. (Jan 20, 2026) – Greenlight Networks (“Greenlight”), a leading fiber-to-the-home internet provider, announced that Pete J. McNally has joined the company as Vice President of Integration and Transformation. In this role, McNally will lead efforts to integrate systems, processes, and operating models as the company continues to scale and evolve. McNally joins Greenlight from Comcast, where he was most recently Vice President of Technical Operations.
McNally will lead the newly formed Integration and Transformation Office at Greenlight, which is responsible for driving structured integration initiatives, ensuring operational readiness, and enabling seamless alignment across technology platforms and teams. He will play a key role in operationalizing the integrations of Loop Internet, which Greenlight acquired in October 2025, and FastBridge Fiber, which is scheduled to close in mid-2026.
“Establishing a dedicated Integration Transformation Office strengthens our ability to scale and achieve our growth potential, and Pete brings the experience and leadership needed to guide this work successfully,” said Greenlight Networks Founder and CEO Mark Murphy. ”Pete has broad, transformational leadership experience in strategy development and execution, having served a lead role on many acquisitions and integrations at Comcast. This expertise will help capitalize on the tremendous opportunities to grow and evolve our business.”
McNally brings nearly 30 years of experience in IT operations, integration planning, and transformation, with a strong track record of leading complex initiatives across cross-functional teams. His past experiences demonstrate leadership and expertise in technical operations, engineering operations, enterprise workforce planning, call center technology, product deployment, business analytics, and smart market expansion.
“I’m excited to join Greenlight Networks at such a pivotal moment in its growth. The acquisitions of Loop Internet and FastBridge Fiber create tremendous opportunity, and establishing the Integration and Transformation Office ensures we approach integration with discipline, clarity, and focus. This structure allows us to align systems and operations while continuing to deliver the reliability and service quality our customers expect,” said McNally.
