Recycle Your Old Router For an Updated Greenlight Router
This program provides existing Greenlight fiber customers the option to turn in, or “swap” older router models in exchange for a new router optimized for Greenlight’s fast fiber internet speeds.
Greenlight will manage the recycling of the older model on behalf of the customer and, in return, upgrade them to Greenlight’s Total Managed Wi-Fi service, making the upgrade process as seamless as possible for the customer! By adding Greenlight’s Total Managed Wi-Fi service, for as low as $5 per month, customers will receive support directly from Greenlight Networks, ensuring a fast, reliable, and consistent wireless internet connection. Plus, with Total Managed Wi-Fi customers can rest easy knowing they are “future-proofed” and will have their devices replaced when they become obsolete or inefficient.
As a bonus for upgrading to Total Managed Wi-Fi and participating in the router recycle program, customers will have the choice of receiving a $50 Amazon gift card, a free month of fiber internet services, or $50 in MyBundle streaming credits!
Here's How the Program Works
1. Tell us about yourself
Let us know how many connected devices you have in your home and how large your home is to ensure your Greenlight router is optimized.
2. Get your trade-in ready
Capture the network name (SSID) and password of your current router before disconnecting Wi-Fi, ensuring an easier setup with your new Greenlight router.
3. Exchange old device
Bring your current router to our office or schedule a time for one of our local technicians to swap your router for an updated Greenlight router!
4. Redeem Your Reward
Install your Greenlight router, have an active account, remain in good standing, and allow up to two (2) bill cycles to receive the reward of your choice.

Trading in your old router with Greenlight Networks is a great way to get value for your old router! You have the choice of three rewards that can save you money. You will also have the peace of mind knowing that you’re receiving a brand new Greenlight router that will have the latest enhancements and 24/7 support from local Greenlight support staff.
You must have an active account, in good standing, and allow up to two (2) bill cycles to receive the reward you selected. Returning your Greenlight router within 30 days, or failure to active the device(s), will disqualify customers from reward eligibility.
Device trade-in transactions are final. After you accept your reward and exchange your router, you cannot get it back.
