If you Subscribe to our Services and are part of, or apply for, the Affordable Connectivity Program, we will collect information relating to your eligibility for that program including, but not limited to, household size and income, whether you participate in federal assistance programs, whether you live on qualifying Tribal lands, last four digits of your social security number, and date of birth, all of which are used to confirm your eligibility for the program.
We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Website or our Services. Personal information that Greenlight Networks collects also includes information obtained from, and copies of, any correspondence you send to us (including email addresses or phone numbers if you email or text us), your responses to surveys we might ask you to complete for our research purposes, and details of the transactions you carry out through our Website.
