Recycle Your Old Router, Upgrade with Greenlight

Greenlight’s Router Recycle Program provides customers the option to turn in and “swap” their older device for a new Wi-Fi router optimized for the speed of  fiber internet.

 

We’ll manage the recycling of your old device and, in return, upgrade you to Greenlight’s Total Managed Wi-Fi service. In partnership with Sunnking Sustainable Solutions, we’re putting an emphasis on recycling e-waste.

 

Participants will be rewarded with their choice of:

How It Works

With Total Managed Wi-Fi, you get a brand-new router from Greenlight Networks.

For no more than $10 per month, this covers any device repairs or replacements in the future, and 24/7 dedicated support from our Greenlight team.

1. Submit Form

Get started by filling out the Router Recycle Program form. This gets sent to our Service Delivery team. Don't worry: this only takes a minute or two!

2. Prep for Trade-In

Save your network name (SSID) and password of your current router. This ensures an easier setup when it's time for your new Greenlight router.

3. Exchange Old Device

Bring your old router to our office, or schedule a time for a Greenlight technician to swap out your device. It's time for Total Managed Wi-Fi!

4. Redeem Your Reward

Connect your new router, remain active and in good standing with Greenlight, and allow up to 2 bill cycles to receive the reward you selected.

Router Recycle Program FAQs

Current Greenlight Networks customers are eligible for this program. 

Trading in your old router with Greenlight Networks is a great way to get value for your old router! You have the choice of three rewards that can save you money. You will also have the peace of mind knowing that you’re receiving a brand new Greenlight router that will have the latest enhancements and 24/7 support from local Greenlight support staff.

You must have an active account, in good standing, and allow up to two (2) bill cycles to receive the reward you selected. Returning your Greenlight router within 30 days, or failure to active the device(s), will disqualify customers from reward eligibility.

Device trade-in transactions are final. After you accept your reward and exchange your router, you cannot get it back.
