Employees across Greenlight Networks’ offices are rallying this Thanksgiving to provide help to local families experiencing food insecurity
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (Nov. 24, 2025) – Greenlight Networks (“Greenlight”), a leading fiber-to-the-home internet provider is ramping up its 2025 holiday giving efforts with employees from Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton and Scranton, joining a coordinated, companywide food collection effort. Greenlight is teaming up with local nonprofits and community groups to help local families in gain access to nutritious meals this Thanksgiving.
Each office –including Binghamton, Buffalo, Rochester and Scranton—is partnering with local charities that support families experiencing food insecurity and other essential needs, including: ·
- Binghamton: Catholic Charities of Broome County and the Food Bank of the Southern Tier
- Rochester: FoodLink and the Small Business Council of Rochester (FoodLink SBC Cares) ·
- Buffalo: Resurrection Life Food Pantry
- Scranton: Friends of the Poor and Fork Over Love
Employees are voluntarily collecting food items, including Thanksgiving food boxes and non-perishable goods, and delivering to local organizations this week. Many of which have annual community-based programs in place to host Thanksgiving meals, deliver take-out meals, or food kit baskets to local families to help ensure no one is going hungry over the holidays.
