Loop Internet has been acquired by New York-based Greenlight Networks, expanding Greenlight’s fiber footprint in Pennsylvania. Customers will see no changes to pricing or service, as both brands enter a co-branding phase. Former Loop General Manager Jason Wasmanski now serves as Vice President of Operations for Greenlight’s Central Region, with further local expansion and hiring planned in Mountaintop.
